Pre-Competitive class is designed to prepare students for competitive training by developing proper technique on all four competitive strokes as well as strength training.
These elements are then incorporated together evolving into a workout that is done with proper form.
For those already in competitive swimming or Triathlons, we work on a swimmer's individual stroke technique to ensure the way an individual performs a stroke fits their own body's mechanics.
Coach Perkins knows every swimmer is different physically, mentally, and spiritually, and adapts their stroke and training methods to fit their mental and individual physical mechanical nature (for example, the range of movement in everyone's shoulder ball and socket joint is different, meaning that everyone's butterfly recovery part of the stroke will be different).
Bubble also offers unique and high tech stroke clinics, with both Olympic coaches and swimmers as our guest speakers and coaches.
Your stroke, technique, and mechanics will be digitally recorded for you in HD and immediately analyzed for you by some of the best in the swimming world.
SEE BOTTOM OF PAGE FOR COMPETITIVE CLASS SCHEDULES and get on our contact list so you can be informed of up comming Triathlon & Competitive Swimming clinics.
Meet some top INTERNATIONAL SWIMMERS who come to Bubble.
Christey Liang - Canada - National Age Group Champion
After spending a week here with us, Christy went back to Cananda and now has the top times in these events besides the many others that she already had in her age group:

Christy's dad, Larry, told us that she dropped 8.4 seconds off her previous best time in her 100 Breaststroke simply from one technique change we made while she was training here. For more about Christy's times and rankings check out this link to the Canadian National Swim Federation:
Erin O'Sullivan - South Korea
Now let's not go into how we have a nice young girl from Korea named O'Sullivan - - - it's a LONG story and I'll let the family tell you that one. Here's what Erin had to say about being at Bubble
I had a great time learning in Bubble Swim School.
I learned a lot about the skills and how to do all the strokes an easier way with less power.
Mr. Dave was very nice to everyone. He showed my classmates and I by demonstrating how to do it.
Thank-you, Erin - those were some nice words! And we can't wait to hear from you after your next meet over there in Korea to see how you improved!"
