Registration and payment must be made prior to the first day of class in order to assure that you have a seat. Seating is limited. Registration may be done on- line, before or after the swim test, payment must be done in person at Bubble (cash, check, credit card) or over the phone with a credit card. Registration is not guaranteed until after passing the swim test and paying tuition, first come, first served.
In additon to the course fee below, there is a one time Membeship fee of $30 which will be added to the tuition.

Please bring SWIMSUIT and TOWEL to swim test and to the first day of class. No charge for swim test. Just pay for class after the swim test.
Lifeguard
1.) Must be 15 years of age
2.) Swim 300 yards without stopping, demonstrating: freestyle, breaststroke, and rythmic breathing, this is not timed.
3.) Tread water for 2 minutes without using hands.
4.) Starting in the water swim 20 yards using freestyle or breaststroke, submerge and retrieve 10 lbs. object, surface with object, swim back to the starting point on the back while holding object with both hands, exit pool. Time limit 1 minute 40 seconds.
Shallow Water Lifeguard (guard at pools 5 feet deep or shallower)
1.) Must be 15 years of age
2.) Swim 100 yards continuously using freestyle, breast troke and rythmic breating. This is not timed.
3.) Tread water for 2 minutes without using hands.
4.) Starting in the water 4-5 feet deep, swim 20 yards using freestyle or breaststroke, submerge and retrieve 10 lbs. object, surface with object, walk or swim back to the starting point while holding object with both hands, exit pool. Time limit 50 seconds.
